Drop me an email at keithkath@ymail.com with your completed order form above. Ensure that all fields have been filled in as accurately as possible. I will get back to you within 1 - 3 business days to confirm availability and to send you an invoice for your order.

Upon confirmation of your order and shipping costs (see Step Five below), you will then have to proceed with payment within 3 days otherwise your order will be canceled & you will be blacklisted & other blog shop owners will be warned. Seriously.
